The American Film Market in Santa Monica takes place every year around the end of October / beginning of November for 5 days. If you have a project you want to sell, this is the place to do it. The Berlin International Film Festival, usually called the Berlinale, is a major international film festival held annually in Berlin, Germany. It's a leading festival for international distributors and buyers, and ideal for anyone engaging with foreign buyers, financiers, and producers concerning film and television content that is geared toward co-productions to incorporate elevated subsidies of up to 50% of the budget.

The TIFF - Toronto Film Festival

The Toronto International Film Festival is one of the most prestigious and largest publicly attended film festivals in the world, taking place each September. The industry uses TIFF to focus on a film's domestic distribution (i.e. US).

MIP COM

MIPCOM is the world's largest exhibition of studios and distributors, as well as the top showcase for content across all genres and platforms, and it takes place every October in Cannes (France). The market is focused on television films and television series for global distribution with studios, networks, and streamers.  If you have a television film or series (fiction and non-fiction), this is the place to pitch and sell it. Through my workshops, seminars, and project development labs with Netflix, Stage32, and UCLA Extension (among many others), I have developed a "Path To Greenlight" concept that helps content creators, producers, financiers, and industry newcomers, identify and implement the right steps in creating content, attaching talent, funding and distribution and generating profit through feasible production budgets, balanced finance plans, and optimized distribution deals.
