Together with The LAB, Jamaica Jeanette B. Milio established a new film incentive program and investment fund to benefit Jamaican filmmakers. In an intensive one-week seminar, Jeanette and Jim Milio trained Jamaican filmmakers on how to make films that can be sold globally. The first film was produced and premiered at the American Black Festival:
